HireNow Staffing is partnering with a leading industrial manufacturing organization to hire a seasoned Industrial Engineer for its onsite operation in Decorah, Iowa. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong foundation in data collection, root cause analysis, and structured problem solving
- Deep working knowledge of Lean principles and hands-on implementation experience
