Job Description
HireNow Staffing is seeking three skilled Maintenance Repair Technicians with CNC equipment experience to support 2nd shift operations at a leading advanced manufacturing facility in Syracuse, NY.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and grinders
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to perform accurate repairs
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols across the facility
