The Order Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end preparation and shipment of tablet devices used by caregivers across the country. The role requires a highly detail-oriented individual who takes pride in precision, follows processes exactly, and understands that small errors can have meaningful downstream effects.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail
• 5+ years of experience in a detail-driven, process-oriented role
• Comfort configuring tablets or similar hardware, installing software, managing files, and following detailed QA checklists
• Strong technical aptitude with smartphones, tablets, or handheld devices
• Ability to follow defined processes consistently and accurately
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, accountable, and committed to high-quality execution
