Job Description
Residential Project Manager position available at a valued client partner in the residential services/skilled trades sector. The role requires management of residential projects from signed contract through final completion while delivering an exceptional homeowner experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Project Management experience in construction or skilled trades
- Strong customer-facing/homeowner-facing experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, or crews
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
