Job Description
Senior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition role supporting lateral partner recruiting efforts at a premier Am Law 50 firm. Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and external search firms.
Requirements
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
- Coordinate complex interview schedules
- Lead firmwide coordination and execution of private dinners and recruiting events
- Assist with market intelligence and competitive research
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders and search firms
- Support onboarding coordination
- Provide flexible support outside standard business hours
- Travel as needed to support recruiting programs, initiatives, and events
- Contribute to additional recruiting and talent acquisition projects as assigned
