We are seeking a Strategic Projects Associate to join our high-growth AI technology environment. The role combines project management, operations strategy, and business development support in a fast-paced technology environment.

Requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams and AI research partners to support the creation of specialized datasets used to train and enhance advanced AI systems
• Coordinate teams of subject-matter experts across disciplines such as finance, software engineering, and legal research
• Prepare sales memos, data samples, and supporting documentation used in partnership discussions and business development initiatives
• Assist leadership with operational initiatives and strategic projects across the organization
• Track project milestones and ensure cross-team alignment on deliverables and timelines
• Support analysis and documentation related to emerging AI technologies and data infrastructure development
