Job Description
Lead and oversee construction management activities for significant water and wastewater treatment plant projects, develop and execute effective business development strategies, and build strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management of large-scale water and wastewater treatment plant projects for municipal or federal clients.
- Experience building an Ultraviolet treatment (UV) or Reverse Osmosis (RO) or a Membrane Filtration Treatment plant as an owners representative or construction manager
- Strong understanding of construction regulations, industry standards, and best practices within the water and wastewater treatment plant sector.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaborative working relationships.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain strong client relationships and successfully navigate negotiations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools to facilitate efficient project tracking and reporting.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
