The Senior Director, Global Total Rewards will lead the strategy, design, and execution of our global compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
Requirements
- Develop and own a global total rewards strategy aligned to business objectives, growth plans, and private equity value-creation goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on compensation philosophy, pay governance, and market positioning
- Build scalable, data-driven rewards frameworks that support rapid growth and organizational change
- Manage global compensation programs including base pay, annual incentives, sales compensation, and long-term incentives
- Oversee global benefits strategy, including healthcare, retirement, wellness, and leave programs
- Balance employee experience with cost management and compliance across multiple geographies
- Partner with brokers and vendors to continuously optimize offerings
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements related to compensation, benefits, and equity
- Deliver executive-level reporting and insights on rewards spend, trends, and ROI
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing total rewards team
