Senior Director, Executive Compensation and Board Advisory

As a Senior Director in the Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice, you will be responsible for selling, leading, and delivering large client engagements, serving as a strategic advisor to clients, and contributing to the overall development of the Executive Compensation practice.

Requirements

• Serve as the lead Executive Compensation Consultant on client projects
• Develop and maintain key accounts and trusted client relationships
• Manage multiple and complex Executive Compensation project engagements
• Think strategically in partnering with clients
• Provide high-quality consulting advice and written communications
• Contribute to the development of Executive Compensation programs and practices
• Nurture thought leadership in the Executive Compensation sphere
