We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Senior Manager, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to join the Global Marketing team at an exciting time in our growth. The role involves implementing high-impact and scalable ABM programs to drive enterprise account acquisition and expansion across multiple regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise B2B integrated marketing
- 3+ years in ABM-focused roles or ABM-certified
- Proven success in developing and executing ABM programs that drive pipeline growth
- Proactive self-starter with strategic and growth-mindset
- Strong understanding of the marketing and sales funnel, buyer’s journey stages, and pipeline metrics
- Experience with ABM, Marketing Automation, CRM platforms (Salesforce, Bombora etc.) required
- Analytical with acumen to track key performance metrics and interpret data to drive decision-making
- Exceptional project management and detailed-oriented in execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working with global team members across NAM, EMEA and APAC
