HIROTEC America is seeking a Project Manager to become a part of the HIROTEC team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing project proposals, managing project staff, and ensuring quality, delivery, cost, and safety.
Requirements
- Review project proposal or planning to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources
- Primary customer contact and technical expertise for overall project management
- Confer with project staff to outline work plan and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
- Review status reports and modify schedules or plans as required
- Prepare project reports for management, client, or others
- Continually strive to improve Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Safety (QDCS)
- Technical education or equivalent experience of 5 or more years in mechanical or automotive work
- Understanding of the automotive industry (closures/BIW; OEM preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and leadership abilities
