365 Sherpas is a politically-strategic communication consulting company for companies, associations and institutions with locations in Berlin and Brussels. 365 Sherpas is a company of the Hirschen Group, which with around 850 employees is one of the largest owner-managed communication and consulting holdings in Germany.

With a diverse, enthusiastic team of over 50 experienced and specialized generalists, we advise companies, associations and ministries in the areas of Corporate Affairs and Policy Advice. We advise with enthusiasm, empathy and common sense. We believe that only with courage and passion effective changes and new ways can be achieved. Together with our clients, we develop communication strategies that enable them to anticipate developments early, position themselves proactively and effectively communicate relevant core messages to political decision-makers and the public.
