Who we are.

We are a privately owned communications agency with digital roots and over 300 employees at six locations. Founded in 2004. Very far east. You can now find us in Berlin, Dresden, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, and Gütersloh.

Our customers: From ministries and associations to hidden champions and lighthouses of the German economy. We are at home in concept, creation, editing, organization, and development. We develop campaigns, digital platforms, and editorial concepts for our customers. We support them in phases of change or acute crises.

Resource scarcity is a pioneer in New Work and all questions of equality and diversity. We are a founding signatory of the AD-GIRL Manifesto and an active member of all relevant industry associations.
