Job Description
We are supporting a leading investment bank in the search for a Senior Credit Risk Analyst – Structured Finance. This role focuses on the credit assessment of complex structured financing transactions, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and sponsor-driven deals.
Requirements
- Independent credit analysis of structured and corporate financing transactions
- Assessment of complex acquisition and leveraged finance structures
- Review and validation of financial models, forecasts, and transaction assumptions
- Preparation of comprehensive credit memoranda for senior credit committees
- Assignment and ongoing monitoring of internal ratings and credit risk indicators
- Continuous portfolio surveillance and proactive risk management
