Internal Audit Manager

Internal Audit Manager position at Hiscox, responsible for managing or supporting auditors and senior auditors in delivering audit work, contributing to the Internal Audit Management Team's overall management and strategy, and overseeing and leading internal audits across the Hiscox Group. The role requires experience in internal audit, insurance/insurer markets, risk advisory, and strong people and relationship building skills. Requirements

• 4 or more years PQE
• Internal audit experience
• Must have experience working in insurance / insurer in similar markets to Hiscox
• Risk advisory experience
• Ability to plan and organise an end to end audit with minimal day to day supervision
• Dynamic, assertive and self-confident individual
• Strong people and relationship building skills
• Excellent team working skills and ability to supervise and coach other team members
