Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Strong background in digital experience design, UX/UI principles, and customer journey mapping
- Experience working in Agile environments; familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer feedback and analytics into actionable improvements
- Insurance industry experience (especially in small commercial or P&C) is a plus but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Technology, Design, etc.)
