Job Description
The Digital Product Owner is responsible for writing user stories, facilitating agile concepts, and bringing design, engineering and quality assurance together to deliver against sprint goals. They partner closely with product leadership and design to execute on roadmaps with the scrum team.
Requirements
- Collaborates with product, design, and technology leaders to translate roadmaps into an organized backlog of work
- Builds and fosters strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Facilitates highly effective ceremonies and ensures the scrum team has context and understanding of their work
- Maintains an efficient backlog that enables the team the capabilities to take action during the planning stages
- Conducts acceptance testing and provides early feedback to development teams
- Leads the creation of product release plans and works with leadership to set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Analyzes market trends and feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and development
- Monitors and evaluates the product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product features
