Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in program or project management
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale technology projects within time and budget constraints
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with RFI/RFP processes and vendor management
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe are highly desirable
