Our Hitachi Solutions office in Sofia is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to coordinating interviews, supporting our other branches in Europe.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Experience recruiting within the EMEA region
- Previous exposure to the UK, French, or German markets is an advantage
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- French or German language skills are a plus
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple hiring processes effectively
- Collaborative mindset, able to work across departments and contribute to a team-oriented recruitment approach
- Self driven, adaptable, and able to work independently when needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common recruitment tools/ATS platforms
