Associate Project Manager

Join Hitachi Energy as an Associate Project Manager to support strategic customer projects across multiple North American manufacturing sites. Partner with experienced project managers to coordinate schedules, streamline communication, and ensure successful execution of customer commitments.

Requirements

• Collaborate with project teams to support clear goals, tasks, and timelines
• Coordinate scope, scheduling, budgeting, and quality to meet customer expectations
• Partner with the lead Project Manager as a primary customer contact and assist with escalations
• Align resources across factories and service teams for smooth project delivery
• Maintain documentation, support risk management, and uphold compliance standards
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support lessons learned and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
