Factory IT/OT Specialist - Vadodara

The Factory IT/OT Specialist provides computer onsite support execution for factory or Hitachi energy site's owned/managed assets and operational support of both office IT and shop floor IT/OT assets. The role carries out IT/OT Cybersecurity first responder tasks and IT/OT assets cybersecurity operational tasks.

Requirements

• Have completed a formal qualification or completed an apprenticeship in the field of information technology
• Diploma in computers, networking
• Minimum three years of professional experience in IT support
• Tool knowledge on Service Now IT Enterprise Platform, MS Office 365, Windows, IOS and asset management tools
• Fluent in local and English language
• L6S Lean 6 Sigma Certified
