Factory ITM Manager

The Factory ITM Manager will implement the ITM strategy at the factory level by developing and executing a factory CI roadmap, leading CI projects, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. The role will also promote a culture of continuous improvement, coach employees on Lean and Lean Six Sigma methods, and manage the factory ITM team to deliver measurable business impact across the extended Factory Value Chain.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position within a manufacturing environment.
• BB-level expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to manage teams and develop CI capability.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for KPI tracking, ROI analysis, and root cause resolution.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills to lead workshops and engage stakeholders
