Job Description
Hitachi Digital is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage Purchase-to-Pay operations, including price negotiation and procurement process standardization across Hitachi Digital / Hitachi Group entities. The role plays a key role in ensuring end-to-end procurement execution through leadership and effective collaboration with stakeholders, improving process efficiency and compliance, and supporting global standardization initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a buyer role (or very relevant experience)
- Prior Accounting or Finance experience preferred
- Administration, accounting or economics degree
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, google apps)
- Teamwork and individual work skills
- Strong English skills in writing and speaking
- Strong Romanian skills in writing and speaking
- Experience in Romania market direct/indirect purchases
- Moderate knowledge of finance and accounting
- Ability to communicate with internal/external stakeholders, contract reading and negotiation.
