Project Manager

As a Project Manager with Hitachi Energy's Service Business, you'll take ownership of high voltage service orders from start to finish — coordinating teams, managing schedules, and keeping customers informed every step of the way.

Requirements

• Coordinate project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery of high voltage service orders.
• Collaborate with commercial operations and field teams to align project details and schedules.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and update key milestones in enterprise systems.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving inquiries.
• Oversee backlog management, ensuring accurate planning and reporting of delivery and revenue.
• Support administrative tasks for project orders and turnkey projects.
• Share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in project execution.
• Analyze project data and report on progress using Excel and Power BI.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
