Project Manager

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards for HITACHI ENERGY SERVICES SP. Z O.O.

Requirements

• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial targets are met.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly through formal reports and presentations.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges proactively.
• Ensure projects comply with all Project Management Office policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
• Higher education degree in computer science, business administration, legal or equivalent, along with at least 10 years’ experience from managing product development projects with a successful track record in full life cycle implementation projects and proven ability to execute to time and budget.
• Proven knowledge and experience in project management, change management and business analysis functions and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches.
• Well versed in agile development methodologies as well as classical stage gate models.
• Flexible, well organized, driven problem solver, solutions-oriented, and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to analyse complex challenges, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Used to teamwork in international distributed teams with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (written, spoken) is mandatory.
