Job Description
Hitachi Energy is seeking a Project Manager - Transformers to lead project execution in line with contract scope, schedule, and conditions, ensuring proactive planning, monitoring, and control of scope, time, and cost. The successful candidate will develop and manage project schedules and documentation, coordinating with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and ensure timely approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- More than 5-7 years of experience of project management in transformer industry or similar in high voltage (HV) equipment
- PMP Certified or equivalent certification
- Experience in coordinating multiple key stakeholders/teams in global locations
- Solid experience in managing orders, ideally managing complex orders and different contractual types
- Proficient in computer skills including SAP (highly preferable), MS project, Outlook, Visio
- Demonstrated commercial understanding
- Proactive and highly organized and excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail
- Influencing and Engaging skills to achieve notable outcome
