SCADA Testing Engineer

Join Hitachi Energy's collaborative engineering team as a SCADA Testing Engineer and contribute to the digital transformation of the world's power systems. Execute testing activities for Protection & Control IEDs, cabinets, and SCADA/RTU systems, and work closely with project managers and customers to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
• Experience in SCADA, RTU, or Substation Automation Systems, ideally using industry-standard communication protocols.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Windows environment.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues and customers.
• A proactive team player who can also work independently and perform under pressure.
• A structured and detail-oriented mindset, with motivation to learn and grow within a global organization.
