Senior Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations for a multi-entity automation organization. This role manages a team of accounting professionals and has end-to-end ownership of the general ledger, trial balance, and monthly close process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 10+ years of general accounting experience, POC method and people management preferred
• Proven ability to enforce policies while maintaining positive business relationships
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
