Senior Legal Counsel – Strategic Litigation (Brazil)

The Senior Legal Counsel - Strategic Litigation role is a key member of the Brazilian legal team, responsible for strategic management of civil and other types of litigation and dispute resolution in Brazil. The position acts as a senior legal advisor to all Business Units, focusing on litigation risk management, claims strategy, dispute prevention, and resolution.

Requirements

• Law degree and proven track record as a fully qualified senior lawyer
• Extensive experience in strategic litigation management
• Strong ability to assess legal risks, define litigation strategies, and provide clear, pragmatic, and business-oriented legal advice
• Well-developed communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Proven ability to act autonomously, prioritizing complex matters, and leading legal strategies in high-impact cases
• Demonstrated overall of minimum experience of six (6) years
• Residing in São Paulo/Brazil or surroundings
• Fluent or Advanced in English
