Site Manager

We are looking for a site manager at Hitachi Energy, within the Grid Integration business in Västerås, Sweden. The projects you will handle can be anywhere in Sweden. So you have to expect to travel a lot. In this role, you will lead all on-site activities for a project to ensure cost-effective delivery of project deliveries according to contract specifications, quality standards, schedules, and safety requirements during the start-up, construction, and/or installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent competence.
• A few years of experience as a site manager within Grid Integration HV.
• Understanding of GIS and AIS.
• Good understanding of transmission rules and current HSE legislation.
• Proven leadership skills with a collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
• Proactive and flexible personality.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
