Team Manager – HVDC Control & Protection IT and Cybersecurity

The Team Manager – HVDC Control & Protection IT and Cybersecurity will lead a team delivering secure IT/OT design solutions for HVDC Control & Protection systems across global projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Automation, or similar.
• Experience with IT/OT systems, preferably within HVDC or industrial environments.
• Understanding of virtualization platforms, Windows/Linux, networks, firewalls, cybersecurity.
• Experience in people's leadership or motivation to grow into the role.
• Structured, delivery-focused, strong communication skills.
