Test lab manager

The Test Lab Operations Leader will oversee Factory Test Room activities, ensuring transformers and components meet performance and safety standards, and lead a team of engineers and technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in testing operations or quality management in manufacturing
• Deep knowledge of IEC, IEEE, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 standards
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting tools
• Proven leadership in team development and performance management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
