Requirements
- Associates degree and 2-4 years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated supervisory skills in areas such as: leadership, foundations, communications, performance appraisal management, time management, benefits, health and safety, recruiting and interviewing, conflict resolution and ethics and policy
- Knowledge and demonstrated abilities in technical manufacturing principles and disciplines and decision making ability requiring mature judgment in the application of technical techniques or developing innovative approaches to technical problems
