Job Description
Hitchiner Manufacturing Co., Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality and Development Engineer to evaluate and approve new suppliers, assure quality of services and products, and drive 'Zero Defect' culture within the supply base.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in business management, engineering or technology
- 8+ years related experience or equal years' experience
- Project planning/management skills, APQP, and effective problem solving, root cause/corrective action skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization
- Good communication, strong research, writing and analytical skills
