Projektleitung im Bau-Projektmanagement (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Project Leadership in Building Project Management to lead our projects and teams in Bremen. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading projects of demanding building projects, good knowledge of project management, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture, or in economics engineering with corresponding orientation
• Experience in leading projects of demanding building projects
• Min. 3 years of relevant professional experience in building project management in a comparable task
• Good knowledge of project management, as well as of planning and procurement law (HOAI, VgV, VOB)
• High team ability and pronounced ability to prioritize, as well as independent and structured working methods
• Very good expression and formulation skills in German
• Extraordinary motivation, hands-on mentality and high willingness to learn
• Self-assured and binding, sovereign appearance
• High willingness to undergo professional and personal development
• Valid driver's license
