Accounting Operations Manager

HKA is a global leader in risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and expert witness services. We are seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to oversee General Ledger, Payroll, and Accounts Payable functions, with a focus on problem-solving and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related curricular focus
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 1+ years of experience in a Professional Services Organization
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong expertise in general ledger management and complex account reconciliations
• Demonstrated experience preparing working papers and driving an efficient month-end close process
• Solid understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks
• Experience partnering with external auditors to support compliance and successful audits
• Hands-on experience overseeing payroll and accounts payable operations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
