HKA is a global leader in risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and expert witness services. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager-level Consultant to join our Construction Claims and Disputes team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Construction, Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 4+ years’ experience in relevant roles requiring expertise in scheduling, project controls, delay analysis, and other relevant construction skills.
- Experience with Construction Documentation such as contracts, change orders, Construction Change Directives, Change Order Requests, RFI, submittals, daily reports, schedules, meeting minutes, etc.
- Advanced experience with Primavera P6 or similar tools.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management abilities.
- Experience in Construction Claims & Disputes strongly preferred
- Experience in litigation support including Expert Report drafting preferred, not required.
