The Information Technology Manager will be a key member of the Applications & Integration Services Section within the Office of Information Technology, reporting directly to the Senior Information Technology Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the university’s digital transformation by leading the development and management of workflow automation with RPA solutions across various university functions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in IT application development
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing workflow automation applications based on workflow engines such as ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools for workflow automation
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a small team through workflow application development projects
- Capability to effectively translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable user stories
- Solid project management skills, including vendor coordination and oversight of timely project delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with academic and administrative stakeholders
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being capable of working independently
