Post-Doctoral Research Fellow / Senior Research Assistant / Research Assistant

The Academy of Wellness and Human Development at Hong Kong Baptist University is seeking a proactive and self-driven Post-Doctoral Research Fellow, Senior Research Assistant, or Research Assistant to work on a research project about care networks for Chinese older adults with dementia.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Sociology, Gerontology, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Health or related disciplines
• Ability to develop a body of high-quality publications in high-ranking journals
• Proficiency in statistical software packages, including R and Stata
• Experience in data collection, analyses, management, and visualisation
• Good analytical, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English
• Preference will be given to those with proven knowledge and experience in undertaking research related to social network analysis
