The Programme Officer will provide coordination and administrative support for self-funded undergraduate programmes offered by the College of International Education. Responsibilities include assisting in the admission exercise, supporting Quality Assurance processes, and providing administrative and academic support to teaching staff and students.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree with at least one year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details, organised and analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation
- Ability to multitask under tight schedules
- Competence in computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing) and IT skills
