This role involves leading IT system modernisation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing project execution. The position requires a strategic leader and subject matter expert in IT system modernisation.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT systems modernisation and migration
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems relevant to tertiary education and university settings
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Solid RDBMS experience on Sybase and Microsoft SQL Server
- Proven ability to turn strategic vision into practical plans and measurable results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
