Senior Research Assistant / Research Assistant

We seek a proactive and self-driven Senior Research Assistant / Research Assistant to support research projects that encompass ethnic minorities, older adults, and students in Hong Kong.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or above in Social Sciences, Education, Psychology, Sociology or a related field
• Ability to work both independently and as an effective team player
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with SPSS (data management and analysis) and Endnote (reference management)
• Experience in project coordination, community engagement, or working with ethnically diverse populations is highly desirable
