Part-time Administrative Officer

Handle office administration and other clerical duties, assist in data entry, record-keeping and database management, and provide general support to department and manager as needed.

Requirements

• A university degree or post-secondary diploma in a relevant discipline
• A minimum of 2 years office administration working experience
• Hands on experience in clerical or administration or event work
• Proficient in computer software applications including MS-Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Ability to speak Putonghua is a definite advantage
