Technical Officer / Technician (Building Services)

The Technical Officer/Technician will assist in the installation, maintenance, testing and repair of large building equipment systems. They will monitor the progress and quality of subcontractors' work and report system problems. This role also involves handling emergencies and providing 24/7 service. It requires being available on-call to respond to emergencies and possessing strong electrical engineering knowledge.

Requirements

• Holder of relevant building equipment training certificate or academic background
• Experience in building equipment maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and working practices
• Proficiency in reading English work orders
• Valid Engineering A+ or higher license or Hong Kong driving license
• Professional Driver's License (Class 1 or 2)
