Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Engineering Co-op Student to join our team this Summer term. With a focus on data collection and creating standard work procedures, the position is ideal for students in their 3rd or 4th year of university or college, or those who have recently graduated. You will have the chance to work on diverse projects, collaborate with internal business partners, and support various engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Program, or a recent graduate
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and draw insights from data
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a willingness to think critically about processes and improvements
