HNI Corporation is seeking a Director, IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead the reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise infrastructure services supporting global business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering, cloud operations, or network architecture roles
- 5+ years of experience leading infrastructure or platform engineering teams
- Strong background in enterprise networking architecture and infrastructure operations
