Job Description
HNI is seeking an Architectural Design Intern for the Summer 2026 to join their team in Muscatine, Iowa. This internship offers hands-on experience in a paid program featuring mentorship, training, volunteering, and social events. Interns will contribute to design services for external and internal users, potentially including projects aligned with individual interests. Requirements
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field (Junior level coursework preferred).
- Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Portfolio demonstrating design work.
- Minimum 2.8 GPA.
- Self-starter with high personal motivation and desire to take initiative.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong experience managing projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedicated team-player with strong communication and time-management skills.
