Job Description
HNTB is seeking a Bridge Project Manager to manage assigned projects throughout their full lifecycle, develop project scope and technical sections of proposal and procurement documents, and oversee the delivery of the project plan to successfully accomplish HNTB's 4 for 4 performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in project management and technical discipline tasks.
Requirements
- Develop project scope and fee quotation
- Prepare technical proposals and contracts
- Manage project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets
- Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production
- Implement project delivery plan using HNTB's Sophisticated Delivery Approach (SDA)
- Lead development and execution of project management plan
- Supervise and mentor team to overall project objectives
