Job Description
As a Compensation Analyst, you will provide compensation analytical support by assisting in the design, development, implementation and administration of compensation policies and procedures. You will participate in salary surveys, interpret salary data and perform analysis to ensure competitive positioning within the marketplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related area
- 3 years Compensation/HR analytical related experience
- Analytical and reporting ability
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- PC proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
