Job Description
We are seeking an Estimator III to prepare detailed cost estimates for large and complex projects. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, or 10 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, analyzing specifications and drawings, and collaborating with scheduling teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related degree
- 6 years relevant experience, or 10 years relevant experience in lieu of education
- AACE's CEP (Certified Estimating Professional) or equivalent designation
- Experience developing cost estimates and quantity takeoffs in heavy highway construction
- Experience estimating and bidding projects with a general contractor or subcontractor on heavy civil projects
